No, the software is free.

Can I use the same server I use for Triad?

Yes, provided it meets the system requirements. If you want to use the same port and AE title that you currently use for Triad, you will need to first uninstall Triad and install Connect.

Do I have the ability to set the AE Title and Port number Dir Link can use?

Yes, you are able to select ports in the range of 9090-9100 for use on DIR Link. AE Title is also customizable.

I’m unclear on the difference between ACR Connect and DIR Link, what is it?

DIR Link is an application or microservice that runs on the ACR Connect platform. ACR Connect is still an on-premise software that the submitting facility will still host. One of the key differences between Triad and Connect, is that Connect’s UI is accessed via a web browser over https.

Can I run ACR Connect on Windows 10?

ACR Connect is a web application meant to be hosted on a server, it is not a desktop application. It was designed with the server platform in mind.
