Introduction

The Dose Index Registry Link (DIR Link) application is used to transmit radiation dose information to the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR-DIR).

The DIR Link application is accessed through ACR Connect, a local, multi-user system that has been installed, maintained and controlled by hospitals. The application leverages several shared services provided by the ACR Connect platform – such as DICOM Service, DICOM Anonymization Service, DataManager Service, and Upload Manager Service.

The DIR Link application is supported on both Linux and Windows operating systems via ACR Connect.
