The Connect Administrator has created an App User account on Connect for the Facility Administrator that will be activating the DIR Link app and submitting DIR data.
The App User that will be activating the DIR Link app has Facility Administrator access and role assigned to them for a NRDR Corporate account and corresponding facility(ies) in the NRDR portal.
